  • How can I order flowers?

You can easily place your flower orders through our website gmodpacks.online, iOS application, or through our WhatsApp lines at +90 (534) 510 67 77 and +90 (535) 462 68 90 You can create your order.

  • What is the delivery time after placing an order?

You can place your order for same-day delivery or for a future date by selecting one of our delivery hours between 10:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same-day delivery to all locations in Istanbul. You can place your same-day delivery orders until 4:00 PM for the Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane regions, and until 2:00 PM for other regions.

  • Can I choose my delivery time?

Our delivery time is 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

  • Which areas does your delivery area cover?

We offer same-day delivery to all districts within Istanbul. We are currently unable to provide service to cities outside of Istanbul.

  • Do you send flowers abroad?

We can only send flowers within Istanbul. We do not ship internationally.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before it ships by contacting us via our email address [email protected] or WhatsApp lines.

  • Can I change my address after placing my order?

If you want to change your address after placing your order, you can quickly contact us by clicking the chat button that appears in the order summary. Or you can contact us regarding this issue via our email address [email protected], our WhatsApp lines, or our contact number.

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us before it reaches the preparation stage.

  • When will my cancelled order be refunded?

Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the processing time between banks.

  • Will the flowers delivered be exactly the same as the flowers I ordered?

We always carefully select the most beautiful and fresh flowers of the season for you. However, the flowers and colors of our arrangements may vary depending on the season and design suitability. The vase shape may vary depending on stock availability. In case of any changes, you will be contacted to inform you.

  • Can I order custom-designed flowers?

We can create a custom design for you with your desired flowers, colors, and vase options. When you contact us, our team will be happy to assist you.

  • What are your flower care recommendations?

You can check out the Flower Care tab at the bottom of our website. You can also find information about flower care in the articles on our blog.

  • Can I order flowers with a vase?

You can choose one of our vase flower arrangements on our website or order a vase to complement your chosen bouquet.

  • In My Order Can I add a personal message?

In the penultimate step of your order, you'll find the card note field. You can write your own personal message or select one of the ready-made card notes.

  • What are your payment methods?

You can make your payments by choosing one of the following payment methods: Card Payment, Wire Transfer/EFT, or Garanti PAY. You can pay with all major credit cards. (The interest rate will be reflected on your bank account.)

  • What happens if the recipient is not at the address during delivery?

In cases where we cannot find the recipient at the address, we first contact the recipient, and if not, the sender. It will be left in an area where it can be picked up upon your instructions, or it will be postponed to a later date.

  • How can I obtain invoice information?

You can access our invoice information from the Distance Sales Agreement tab at the bottom of our website.

  • On which special days? Do you offer any campaigns?

We have campaigns that change periodically before special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Teacher's Day. You can take advantage of these campaigns by placing your orders at least one week in advance of special occasions.

  • How do you guarantee the freshness of your flowers?

Our flowers are sourced domestically and imported, and are refreshed daily and weekly.

  • My order How can I find out if it has been delivered?

You will receive a notification email when your order is delivered.

  • Do you offer special services for corporate customers?

We can offer special services to our corporate customers based on their needs.
